Every Volume Mockups product — whether purchased individually or accessed via subscription — comes with a single commercial license. There are no license tiers to choose from. Commercial use is included by default.
1. What You Can Do
The license permits the following uses:
Personal and commercial projects: Use the mockups for personal work, portfolio pieces, commercial projects, advertising, web and app design, and similar purposes.
Client work: Use the mockups to create deliverables for any number of clients.
Modification: Modify the mockups as needed for your project.
No attribution required: You are not required to credit Volume Mockups in your work.
2. What You Cannot Do
Redistribution: You may not redistribute, resell, lease, license, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the source files to third parties, or bundle them into products for sale or distribution — such as website templates, UI kits, or other digital or physical products.
Sharing: You may not share download links or source files publicly or with anyone outside your organization.
Resale as own work: You may not modify and resell the mockups as your own original work.
AI training: You may not use the mockups to train AI or machine learning models.
3. Number of Users
You may not share source files or download links with anyone outside of your organization — including contractors, partners, or clients. Each organization requires its own license.
4. Subscription Users
If you access mockups via a subscription, you may download and use any available products during your active subscription period. When your subscription ends, you retain the license for any mockups you have already downloaded — you just cannot download new ones without an active subscription.
5. Scope of License
The license granted is non-exclusive and non-transferable. Products are licensed, not sold. All mockup files remain the intellectual property of Volume Mockups.
6. Third-Party Intellectual Property
Some assets may depict third-party products. All intellectual property rights in such products belong to their respective owners. Volume Mockups is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any such brand or manufacturer. By using these mockups, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with any applicable third-party guidelines.
7. Disclaimer
All products are provided "as-is," without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Volume Mockups assumes no liability for any outcomes or damages resulting from their use. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
