By purchasing or downloading our digital products, including one-time purchases and subscriptions, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

All payments are processed by Polar.sh as our Merchant of Record. Polar.sh handles payment processing, VAT collection, invoicing, and chargebacks.

While Polar.sh acts as Merchant of Record for payment processing, these Terms govern your use of the digital products provided by us. This includes one-time purchases as well as recurring subscriptions, where access to all digital products is provided for the duration of your subscription.

After successful payment, you receive immediate access to download your digital mockup files via email or your Polar.sh account. Delivery of digital content begins immediately after purchase.

For subscription purchases, you receive access to download any digital products available during your active subscription. Access to download ends when your subscription ends, but any products already downloaded remain licensed under the applicable license terms.

Your purchase grants you a license to use the mockups according to the terms on our Licenses page: volumemockups.com/licenses.

The license granted is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to the permitted uses described in the applicable license. Products are licensed, not sold.

You may not resell, redistribute, or share the source files unless explicitly permitted by the applicable license.

For subscription users, the license to downloaded products continues indefinitely, even after the subscription expires, but new downloads are only allowed while the subscription is active.

Under EU law, consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content supplied electronically once performance has begun with your prior express consent.

Due to the nature of digital products delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are normally not available once access or download has begun, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

We may offer refunds at our discretion in cases such as technical defects, duplicate purchases, or where a product materially differs from its description.

Refunds for subscriptions are subject to Polar.sh’s billing and refund policies, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

To request a refund, contact info@volumemockups.com within 7 days of purchase and include your order number and reason for the request.

All mockup files remain our intellectual property. Your purchase grants only a license to use the files under the applicable license terms.

You may not:

Products are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, except where required by law. We do not guarantee that the products will meet your specific requirements or operate without interruption or errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the products after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection rights provided by the laws of your country of residence.
